Assessing your clients body composition is important for several reasons.

Firstly, it allows you to calculate their fat free mass which you can then use to more accurately calculate their resting metabolic rate.

Secondly, it allows you to track changes in your clients in your client’s body composition so you can assess if your plan is working or not.
